What will you experience
during your session?
It is called Breathwork, not breath meditation. It is and feels like hard work. In order to have this massive transformational experience, you need to push through a bit of discomfort. However, I know you can do it; you have done harder things than lay on the floor and breathe.
Here are the most common shares by past participants:
Physically
∞ Tingling in the face, arms and legs
∞ Hot and sweaty, or very cold
∞ Tight jaw and/or hands
Emotionally
∞ Emotions will come up
∞ Try not to judge your emotions
∞ Allow them to surface, it's the goal
Mentally
∞ Your brain will be very active
∞ Just focus on the next breathe
